maybe you can help me -

I have iPhone 5 ios 7.1 sync with exchange account - mail, calendar, contacts and task.

everything was working 'till JULY 7, two weeks ago when suddenly stop syncing only inbox mail !!!

also not all contacts or few of their details are apparently not syncing.

we tried deleting the account and creating again - some times it could not verify and some times it verify, save and sync but still when you go to INBOX there is problem of -

exchange account

cannot verify

its also possible to sent mail from the account.

there are 3 devises on the account (that they always worked!) - 2 iPhone 5 and old ipad. ALL SAME PROBLEM.

(by the way - the account can be seen on https://mail..........)

also, we have another account on the same server and exchange (and domain) and this one is working great!

I also tried to add the problematic account to the second iPhone (5s ios 7.1) and it still not working. same problem.

HOW?
