Q: Lost macbook

Hello, I've purchased MacBook Air at Apple Store. I am living not in USA, so I've used forwarding service called Shipito. Unfortunately, during transfer MacBook was stolen, I've received empty box. Shipito gave me reimbursement, but they send money to the my deposit in their system! And now I cannot refund them out, because I am not US-citizen. So only option for me is spend this money with Shipito again. They said, they can send me money only way, which this money was sent to them. And this is impossible, because this money was paid by me to Apple.

 

I just want my money back, and I want to purchase MacBook again. Maybe, it's too late, but what should I do in such situation in future? Should I ask Apple for help?
