How to ID the device that took the photo?

Son has an iPod touch.

Daughter has an iPod touch.

Mom has an iPhone 5.

Dad has an iPhone 4.

iPhoto can create Smart Albums with Camera Type = iPhone or iPod.

That is great!

I would like to also have one Smart Album by device.

Is there a field that lets you create the Smart Album of photos created by a specific device?

Device is <Mom's iPhone>?

Thanks,

Michael

I know of no app that will sort them that way.

Many photo computer viewing apps all you to look at the EXIF data in the photo program. That will list the device that took the photos if the device supports that. iOS devices support that unless it has been turned off.

There are also stand alongee app that will display the EXIF data like

http://www.exifdataviewer.com/

There are also site that will display the data if you upload the photo
