Came back from a trip and turned our iMac back on. Then I noticed it no longer required me to log in. Then I checked the recent activity and noted that a System Preference app was listed.
Can anyone tell me what is going on?
Is there mischief a foot ?
If so how can I check it out?

An update.
It appears that I am guilty of not knowing how the iMac is suppose to work. What I found was that the login feature was bypassed when the computer was first turned on. Once it sat idle for a while the login appeared again. I guess there is nothing sinister going on, however I did notice that my Fire Wall had been turned off. Si I turned it back on and now I am waiting to see what no longer works.
