I changed my Apple ID and password but my icloud is still asking for my old Apple ID. Why is it not asking for my new one?

I changed my Apple ID and password but my icloud is still asking for my old Apple ID. Why is it not asking for my new one?

I Changed my Apple ID as my old one got hacked into. However when I go on settings, and then icloid, it still says my old apple ID and asks for the password and it wont let my edit the email address. How can I stop this ?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1
