the maximum volume of my iphone speaker went down and i don't know this is a software problem or hardware problem?? i even reset all settings and erase all contents, but doesn't help and the max volume is still down. i've checked the volume limit too and there is no limit. help me please
If you followed the Basics from the manual: restart, reset, restore
Follow the 3R's- if a restart does not solve your problem proceed
User troubleshooting is:
1.restart, ie power off/on,
2. reset http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430,
3. restore from backup, restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
If this does not resolve your problem I would suggest taking it in for assessment.
Which speaker - earpiece or speaker at bottom? Did you clean debris from the speaker port Which iPhone? iOS version? Jailbroken?
