Jul 19, 2014 11:18 PM in response to prajwal hby Jay-Ray,Photos that are synced from a computer (via iTunes) to the iPhone are not placed into the Camera Roll. The Camera Roll is the only thing that can be imported to the computer and you do not use iTunes to do this.
Follow these steps to import photos from your iPhone's Camera Roll Album to your computer: iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
Follow these steps if you are having issues importing photos: iOS: Unable to import photos to computer
If your iPhone is not seen in iTunes, follow these steps: iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows or
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for OS X
If you want to import Photos from your iPhone to the computer that do not exist in your camera roll, you will need to either save the photo to your camera roll (this can usually be done by hitting the Share Button while on that photo), or you can screenshot the photo. Either way, the computer will not import any photos not in the Camera Roll. The Camera Roll can be located by tapping the Photos App > Tap Albums at the Bottom > Tap Camera Roll.
