i had my contacts in my SIM card but I lost my SIM card and now I buy a new SIM card for the same number all my contacts that were in SIM card are in my iphone but whenever someone who's number is already in my contacts calls or texts and unknown number exists it's big problem plz help.ASAP

The iPhone does not store contacts on the SIM card. The only way that it uses the SIM card for contacts is if they were stored on the SIM by a previous phone (other than an iPhone) that you owned, it could do a one time import of those contacts. iPhone: Understanding SIM cards
That doesn't answer why you are having the unknown number problem after changing SIMs but I hope it may help you figure out the reason.
