Pros and Cons Of the CRT In the eMac

I have an eMac (2005, 1.42 GHz Model, Radeon 9600), with of course, the CRT Display Inside. I've been wondering for the past few months, because I've heard about the hype of the CRTs giving off radiation and all sorts of stuff that has a negative effect on your health, I wondered if the CRT in the eMac being harmful.

Is This True for the Computer? I'm not sure if it is, or it isn't.
