can i use a usb mic input for livestreaming

I'm trying to livestream but theres no mic input on my iMac so could i use a usb-to-mic input for iMac. Thanks

The specs for the iMac list dual mikes.

How do you manage to have one that has no mikes?

You can use a mic with an 1/8th inch jack in the headphones port. You can also use one of those mics into a 1/8th to USB connector. You can also use a USB mic directly into the USB port.
