Q: iphone4s shows itunes logo

My iphone4s is stuck on itunes logo and the usb cable shows up on the screen after updating to the current i0s . the DFU mode wont help even reinstalling itunes didnt work. i watched so many videos on youtube and i try dat way bt in the end its shows error 4013.  see picture below . i download the new  itunes 11.3 (54)   please help Please help
