Its happened before and i didnt think anything of it, but i was reading around and i just want to make sure it wasnt a virus.

This is not a virus. There is no known malware capable of infecting an iPhone that has not been jailbroken (ie, hacked to allow apps from outside the App Store).
One possibility is that the tumblr page that you visited has been hacked in some way. If you start having problems with all of tumblr, and not just a specific page, then that may be a network compromise of some kind, most likely a hacked wireless router.
Well it was my tumblr as well, is there any way i can fix that?
If it's happening with all tumblr pages, but stops when you move your Mac to a different network, then it's a network issue. See How to manage a hacked wireless router.

Not so much all tumblr pages like not everyone i go to, the first time it happened i was on someone elses tumblr from safari using my iphone and then last night it did it with mine while using my iphone. But only does it with tumblr sites.
And when i would turn my wifi off to see if it could be my router it still did it.

So, if I'm understanding you correctly, you turned off wifi on your phone and accessed the site over the cellular data network, and still saw the same thing. Correct? If so, can you provide a link to one of the tumblr pages that is causing this problem?

And well not its not doing it anymore, is this tumblrs way of getting ad revenue?
If it's just that one tumblr site, that particular site is the issue. Either it got hacked or was displaying some bad ads. That site is not representative of tumblr as a whole.
Well like i said the first time it happened it wasnt my tumblr it was somebody elses and then this time it was, but when i would use my app nothing seemed to have looked hacked, espically cause my activity was normal, i changed my password and stuff but thank you so much for your help.!
Just to clarify some points,
Advertisers that people link onto their Tumblr blogs have figured out how to launch the app store from the mobile iPhone browser.
It's incredibly annoying and to me not secure in the sense that it doesn't ask for permission to open said Ad-link the app store.
Happened to me in Google Chrome, if I wish to browse a blog, I use the Tumblr app itself to avoid these type of ads.
It is very annoying espically when i had no idea why it was happening to my tumblr in specific
Change the theme and strip out any customization you have on the site.
I tried opening a tumblr page from the Safari app on my iPhone 5s and at first it redirected me to the app store and when i tried to open it again it redirected me to a **** site, is this a virus?
