I got one problem with my account. I used VISA buying some app from apple stores it was successful for sometimes but since I reset password of my account I can not buy more. I have changed difficult VISA to buy but still can not. Plea

I got one problem with my account . I used VISA buying some app from apple stores it was successful for sometimes but since I reset password of my account I can not buy more. I have changed difficult VISA to buy but still can not. Please help to know the reason.
