i forgot my security questions answers and i didn't set up a rescue email for my apple id.
because of security questions answers, i can not purchase any app from apple store.
i live in iran and i don't find any way to call apple customer support from iran to resolve my problem. i want to know, how can i reset my security questions answers and set a rescue email for my apple id.

If you don’t know your security questions, phone Apple (using the number listed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 ) and ask for the Account Security Team.

I followed your links and successfully created a rescue email. Then I thought I would have a look at my security questions and discovered I had forgotten the answers. Your other advice allowed me to send an online request for Apple to phone me. They did within 30 seconds, and were very helpful. My security questions are now reset.
