install pandora germany

Hi,

I cannot install pandora, iheartradio and several other apps.

When searching in the appstore, they dont appear in the list. And when I click on the corresponding link to the appstore/itunes via a browser, the appstore opens however the installation popup remains empty.

I have an Ipad 4 running ios 7.1.2 and live in Germany.
