My verification code is sent to an Iphone number that's not active for the moment. How can I change that phone number to receive it on my actual number?
Assuming you are asking about the 2-step verification for Apple ID, you need to sign in to Manage My Apple ID at https://appleid.apple.com/ but to do that you will need to have your password plus access to one of your trusted devices. If the only device that you previously authorized was the iPhone that is not currently active, you will need to use the Recovery Key that was provided when you set up 2-step verification. If you have any of that, you can sign in at the link above and add or change a phone number to receive the code.
