Q: Affiliation of Existing Courses?

We have a few teachers that have started creating iTunes U courses for their classes which will have over 50 students.  We have created a district iTunes U account now and want the teachers to affiliate their courses with the district page to get the unlimited users and storage.  If the teacher created their course while unaffiliated will that course automatically receive unlimited users and storage once they affiliate the course with the district or would they have to create an entirely new course once they are affiliated?  I can not imagine having many happy teachers if they have to completely redo their courses once they are affiliated to receive the unlimited users as the storage space is not really a huge issue at the moment.  Thanks in advance for any help.

My understanding is that the teacher can affiliate their course with their institution once they are affiliated.

If I am incorrect, however, the teacher can copy an existing course and affiliate the copy at the time of duplication.

    Does that help?
