webpage not opening properly

Your question is not very specific, but I am going to assume that you mean that Safari will not open web pages or will not launch. If that is not what you are asking about, please reply with a more clear statement of your issue and I will see what I can do.

The web pages in both safari and chrome open but the display items overlap on some. Example when I go into chrome settings and click open new page when I try to go into set pages the box appears but some of the items I can't access.
