Question

trying to download Onspeed

I am trying to download Onspeed but i have a message asking for my Password for Security & Preferences but i have no idea what it is, Is there a way to retrieve it ?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)

Your Mac is checking to make sure Gatekeeper is enabled.

Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy then select the General tab.

Make sure either Mac App Store or Mac App Store and identified developers is selected.

If that area is grayed out, click the padlock icon to proceed.

OS X: About Gatekeeper

If you choose: Anywhere Gatekeeper cannot protect your Mac against malware.

Hi Carolyn, I understand what you said but i can not remember my password, So to reset my password i need to find out what it is to access it

OP might have auto login enabled.

I understand what you are all saying but i still have to input my password to reset it, I need a way to retrieve my password to reset it.
