Exactly in the third column. (If you have a real iPhone 5s)

Jul 23, 2014 8:53 AM in response to ajmenonby ChrisJ4203,Which version of iOS do you have on the phone? The older version had Passcode settings in a different location. The newest iOS, 7.1.2 has it right on the Settings page.

Are you sure it's a real iPhone? There is no 5s logo on start up. Only Apple's apple logo.

What iPhone 5s logo? There is no Specific Logo for iPhone 5S. The most you should be seeing is Apple's silver bitten apple logo when the iPhone restarts.
Where did you buy this iPhone? Can you upload a picture of it? With the screen on.
Also, the Home button should be a slightly indented flat circle without any markings on it. If it has a white square in it, then the iPhone is not a 5S, Possibly just a 5. Which has no touch id option. Though Passcode and Reset should still be there.

The Touch ID demo app is something that, as I recall, only comes on phones sent to carriers who use them as demo phones. Touch ID is also disabled on those phones to prevent customers from locking out the phones. The logo you're seeing also sounds like a demo phone. Where did you get this phone?

Aug 15, 2014 8:10 AM in response to bouncilby Phil0124,If it is a Demo phone, then you may be able to restore it through iTunes to full functional iOS.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
However, demo Phones should really not be sold, and as such its better if you return it and get an actual iPhone.

There is only 1 column (if you have a real iPhone 5S).
