can I use PC3-10600S mem modules in a late 2009 iMac?

I recently upgraded my Mac Mini's memory to 16 Gb. I took out two 2Gb PC3-10600 modules and installed four 4Gb modules. I now have two 2Gb PC3-10600S memory modules in-hand. My wife has a 21.5 inch, late 2009 iMac running OS X 10.8.5, with two 2Gb memory modules installed. I haven't opened up the iMac yet so I don't know the exact part number of the modules in the iMac. My question is, will I be able to install the two PC3-10600 2Gb modules in the late 2009 iMac to achieve a total of 4Gb?

Thanks for any help.
