I keep getting error 1651 in itunes when i try to check for updates on my ipad air 64Gb wifi+4G
yesi know i can do it via wifi or 4G but i want to use itunes and it is not working ?
i have itunes for windows latest version security software will allow contact with apple servers.
OS = win 8.1 update 1 X64
any ideas please

Usually that error can be eliminated by deleting the photo cache. See:
Tried that my friend but it still does not work and i have the latest itunes x64 as well
not keen on doing a reset either as it works as long as i do not connect up to itunes with the apple cable in any usb port !!
and yes they do work with all my other devices including my iphone just the ipad air not working
mine popped the error but kept going and my device restored successfully!
when trying to update via itunes i get error 1651
