Using a Windows based touchscreen monitor with bootcamp?

Im interested in buying a 23" Acer T232HL ABMJJZ touch-screen monitor that is windows based. My question is if i used bootcamp and installed windows 8.1 on my Macbook air would it then support the touchscreen monitor?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

is it connectes using a part the macbook has then sure

if it's say usb then the usb driver it comes with will work with any device that runs windows and has an usb port
