Forgot security question answers and no rescue email. What do I do now?

I redeemed an iTunes voucher, and can't use it because I'm required to answer security questions I made a long time ago. I don't know what to do. Does the iTunes voucher goto waste? Or is there a way I can reset the security questions. Also I don't have the rescue email option.
