Q: Mail sent from my iPad is not all showing as sent when I view the account on my laptop. Help?

Until a recent change from BT yahoo to BT Mail, I could easily see all my sent mails on the laptop even though I had sent them on the ipad.

Now the laptop only shows sent mail actually written on the laptop.

The iPad now seems to have 2 sent sections, one with an arrow icon and one with a folder icon.

What has happened and how can I see ALL my mail on my laptop?

    Sounds like the type of mail account changed from an IMAP/Exchange to a POP3 account. An IMAP/Exchange account synchronizes mailboxes on different device while a POP3 account does not have that capibility

    You will have to check with BT if the type of account can be changed. Few accounts can be setup as either.
