Jul 23, 2014 1:29 AM in response to JanMoViolaby lllaass,Sounds like the type of mail account changed from an IMAP/Exchange to a POP3 account. An IMAP/Exchange account synchronizes mailboxes on different device while a POP3 account does not have that capibility
You will have to check with BT if the type of account can be changed. Few accounts can be setup as either.
