Not able to activate Office 365 on iPad
I answer question on Microsoft Answers Forum about Office Mac issues and am a Community Moderator there. Recently in Getting started I've been fielding questions about it taking Days - not minutes, not hours - to activate Office 365 for iPad. Here is a Quote of the request I have put in on the answers Forum:

Would someone that has some influence in the Main Office. Please tell them to Fix the the Office iPad activation issue
I've field at least four request in the getting started forum in Office Mac about this. Its even been reported (not by me ) on the Internet news feeds such as cNet and Computerworld.
Its seems if you purchase the $99.00 Office 365 through the Apple App Store. It is taking Days not minutes to sign in and activate.
It appears for whatever reason, Apple and Microsoft are not talking to each other (Internet-wise). This was found out to be an issue the first day that Office iPad was available. It should have been fixed within 12-24 hours of it showing up.
Apple and Microsoft are acting like two siblings that hate each other and and they have another that likes both. One is in one room, one is in another room, and one standing in door way relaying messages. Some time the relay is not hearing or listening or miss-hearing.
I've posted each a suggestion to send a feedback request to both Microsoft and Apple to express their displeasure. But not get insulting as that would cause the request to be thrown away. </Quote>
Anyone Here have any contacts in Apple Main Office to get this issue solved. (All know so far you have to sign in through a Web Browser to activate.)
MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9)
