Q: Trouble Completing Apple ID

To create the account it requires a payment method.

  Hint think iTunes GC.

After a setup and download the None shows up and you can remove the CC from the account.

Even easer just put an iTunes GC on it.

The "none" option does not show up in all locations it seems. I have found that if you are setting up your account in iTunes on a Mac or PC that the option should appear to select none as a payment type. The mobile version on iPhone and iPad never seem to have the option.

The "none" option only appears when the Apple ID is created by either ways shown in the article below:

Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method

they want you to have some sort of payment option, so you must fill that.
