my home button broke on my ipad, so assistive touch is a temp solution. But for people who use this feature because they have disability it is certainly an accessibility issue as well

As Bob points out above, the Assistive touch screen should collapse into the onscreen home button and disappear after you tap on the Screen Shot option in its menu, before the screen shot is taken. So the screenshot should not show the Assistive touch screen.

How are you taking the screenshot? Make sure you exit the Settings App, otherwise you'll be taking a screen shot of the Settings App, in the Assistive Touch section.

Hi.

I see the problem is the way i did it.

I was taking screenshot by pressing the home button in assistive touch and power button, like one would do without it. That have caused taken screenshot to have assistive touch UI.

I suppose this is based on the assumption "people who use assistive touch use it for only accessibility reasons".
