Can I make a virtual Blu-Ray and keep it and then use it to make copies from it later on? How

I am trying to make a copy or virtual Blu-Ray from a final project using Final Cut Pro X (10.1.2). The final project is 2 hours.

I go to: Share Project/Blu-RaySettings/Output Device/Hard Drive (Blu-Ray)/Next and the I save it in a certain location.

But then when I burn it in a Blu-Ray disc it only burns like 19 minutes.... and not the 2 hours

What is happening here and what can I do?

How are you burning the physical disk? What application?

I use a Mac Pro 10.9.4

2 x 2.93 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon

32 GB 1066 MHz DDR3

And I use a Samsung Blu-Ray Burner Model: SE-506

The problem is when I make the Disk Image, the file is 3.74 GB only and it should be around 22 GB. And then I make a copy in a Blu-Ray using Disk Utility and the Samsung Burner.

And the final result is about 19 minutes instead 2 Hours

Unfortunately, DIsk Utility can't be used to burn Blu Ray disks. Alternatively, Toast can work with a disk image. Or Encore.

Actually I did that and it worked...

But how can I make a Disk Image correctly?

Do you know what the correct settings are?

When I do that, it looks like it is working fine.

But the final result is like 19 minutes instead 2 Hours...

Do you know how can I do the right Disk Image?

I have successfully burned a Blu ray disc from an disc image (ISO) made by Encore using only Mac's Disc Utility.
