Please help me, how to fix this error in FaceTime?
Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
Go to the FaceTime page,http://www.apple.com/support/mac-apps/facetime/ and use the Contact Support link to get help with that code.

Hi,
You can only resolve that by Contacting Support.
The Button should work.
If not use the other Ralph's suggestion.
