Q: After Updating ios 7.1.2 Carrier Settings, Cellular data Network menu is disappeared and cannot use Internet using cellular data.

I have updated to ios 7.1.2 and everything work fine and i can use internet using cellular data. but when I connect to itunes it tells me that and update to ypur carrier setting is available. and when I updated this setting Cellular data Network menu is disappeared and cannot use Internet using cellular data.

it gave me this  to learn more to  read but nothing sort out

But here in my region iphone does't support any carrier. ( I am from Pakistan By the Way ). so how can an update be available for my carrier ?? and I am not able to use cellular data. how do I get back Cellular data Network menu

Please someone help!!
