Apple MusicWhat exactly is wrong? No issues with iOS 7.1.2 here at all.
Maybe we can help you. Hard to help you troubleshoot without details.
What have you tried that didn't work ???

Apple MusicReset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
No data is lost due to a reset.

Jul 24, 2014 4:04 PM in response to okmollybrownby okmollybrown,I know that some devices are not experiencing any issues after the 7.1.2 update but many are - if you don't believe it just google "problems with 7.1.2"! For those of you that had no issues with the update, lucky you! For those of you that experienced issues like many of us have - please call Apple Care and let them know - they are in denial! There are many troubleshooting tips online to help solve some of these issues, i've already gotten some great help and advice! Thanks!

Apple MusicDid you at least try the reset instructions I posted for you?
The issuees you see posted online are less than 1% of all iOS devices sold worldwide.
