i need personal hot spot in my iphone 4s

Does your cell service carrier permit and support personal hotspot? Most require that you setup the account with them first, and then charge you for that service. Contact your cell service provider.

my iphone4s does not even have personal hot spot incation in my cellular

and i actually need it in other to the internet so please help me out
