A few months ago I bought an Apple Leather Case for my iPhone 5S.
After 3 months of normal utilization it looks very worn out, as per the following photo.
Although on the package it is written that “Its appearance will change as you use it” is this change standard?! Did you have the same experience?

Tnxs. What kind of success? I tried aswell with different leather cleaner without any success. You know if there is a way to be refunded or be able to be credited on the apple store in order to take another kind of case?

That's the nature of leather thus the heads up on the box that it will change over time so no, they likely won't refund you but give it a go if you must.

I tried 2 different leather spray cleaner which I use for my car (very similar leather), but no results... Tnxs anyway for the reply
Amazing Apple Customer Care Service... they did not even want to see the picture, just trusted, and sent me straightaway a brand new leather case.
