    What do you mean you don't know who the previous owner is? Are you saying your "friend" was not the owner of the phone?  That makes it stolen...

     

    Get your money back or turn it over to the police.

     

    There is no way to bypass the activation lock.

    yes i want say my friend is not previous owner
    but he buy this phone from other people he dont know who ??
    and now i want know his email in find my phone to contact him to remove my phone or send phone for him when he want ..
    i dont know he missing his phone or he selling it .

    You're hosed. Return it to your friend and get your money back. If he won't give you your money back, then turn it over to the police. There is NO WAY for you to bypass the activation lock. Apple will NOT give you any information on the person it's registered to. That would violate privacy laws in most countries.
