Trying to post a question and receiving: You are not allowed to create or update this content

I am a newbie and am trying to post a question to the support communities and received this reply:"You are not allowed to create or update this content"

My question:

Help! Not all my incoming mail messages are going to my home computer account. Some are derailed and end up in my inbox on my iphone only. My husband is waiting for a message to come through on the home computer and sometimes they end up on my iphone5 accounts. Yikes! He is not happy. Some messages come to my pc email and some only to my phone. But then, some come to both as they should. I need all mail to arrive at both home and on my iphone. I would so appreciate any help or advice given. Thank you! Iphone 5c IOS 7.1.2

I think you may be in the wrong forum, RhysIsAwesome, maybe search for one about iMovie?

In any event, when I viewed this post, I noticed at the top of the page a new link indicating that this discussion has been "Branched to a new discussion" with the word "discussion" used as a hyperllnk. So, I clicked on that link and got a message that I am unauthorized! They post a link to a site where this discussion has branched, then don't let anyone go there???? Makes NO sense.

So, in case anyone from Apple is reading these forums, here are screen shots of both the top of the page where the link is posted and the page it links to telling people they are "Unauthorized" to go there! A little help, please, Apple? Thanks.

I did send a report about this to the Support help contact address and if I hear anything back, I'll post it here.

Iphone 4S. My phone worked fine in the morning, however, when I tried to play Hearthstone on my break at work I realised that my phone would not turn on. I am not sure what version of IOS it is running and I have not backed anything up. I have tried holding down the home and power buttons simultaneously but this has not yielded any workingness. I am really concerned and I need my phone to work so please help.

In response to the issue of "You are not allowed to create or update this content," I just ran across this yesterday when I was trying to post a question to Apple Communities for the first time. (I know you figured out how to post but maybe this will help someone else...) After searching the community, I tried several things:

1) Shortened my topic title (i.e "Post. Tell us what is on your mind.") to only a few words.

2) Shortened the explanation/summary of the question to a few sentences.

3) As part of 2) I took out the part of the question asking about third-party software (wondered if referencing this in the question wasn't allowed?)

4) Selected a different community than I had on my first attempt (chose Safari instead of iPhone or iPad)

5) Added the product (iPad Air) to my profile even though it isn't registered under my Apple ID (it's under her father's).

Not sure which of these did it, but I was able to post my question just a bit ago.

MIght help help if Apple would place tips/helpful hints by each section (Post. Summary of your question. Community. Product.) to help us newbies figure out where we are getting stuck. (BTW: Anyone know how I send them that suggestion? Do they read the ASC posts?)

Where are all the 'experts' on this topic? Doesn't anyone know the definitive cure for this nonsense?? The problem of not being able to post has been running for years, YET NO ONE IS POSTING ON HERE TO a) EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS HAPPENING or b). COMING UP WITH A SOLUTION!!

PLEASE WILL SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE SORT THIS OUT??
