I replaced the cracked screen on my phone. When I finished the function key wasnt working so I replaced that now my phone wont turn on! any one have any advice on what to do?

Throw the phone away. You clearly messed it up by working on it yourself. There are no user-serviceable parts in an iPhone, and once you have opened it Apple won't touch it. If you hadn't messed with it Apple would have replaced the screen for a reasonable charge.
Was this do it yourself? Or did you have it done?
If it was do it yourself - Radio Shack Stores are adding smart phone screen replacements in store while you watch (you may have to check in your area).
You may have not closed it clean (correct line up of everything) or course some repairs do require thumbs of steel to set everything in place.
You broke it or failed to connect everything back.
Since you now have nothing to lose( warranty voided, phone broken) take it apart and check over everything.
Radio Shack replacement of smart phone screens was part of a TV news article on how much original vendors charged to replace the phones vs amount Radio Shack charged to replace the screen - I think it was about $100 to have it done.
Just like replacing a watch battery - its all about having the proper tools to do it.
I did use Internet instructions on how to change the battery in a game boy game - without the proper tool (a soldering gun and some solder) it took a few tries to get the connections and battery taped into place and get the game taped shut - before the game would power up and save.
