Q: Disk is missing

Hello .. i would like to reinstalled the OS X and the disk is missing , also , i can not found the app store even in ( Finder , application ) .

also i would like to do the upgrade software in my Macbook is it posiable ?

here the information :

10.6 was issued on a DVD. If you cannot find your DVD, you can buy a new "Full Retail" 10.6.3 DVD from the Apple Online Store for about US$20, and they will ship it to you.

Then you can use Software Update to bring it up to 10.6.8, and the Mac App Store will become available.

Your MacBook 6,1 from 2009 can download and run any current Mac OS X including 10.9 Mavericks,
IF you have enough RAM installed.

10.9 Mavericks is on sale for $0 by download.
