Hello .. i would like to reinstalled the OS X and the disk is missing , also , i can not found the app store even in ( Finder , application ) .
also i would like to do the upgrade software in my Macbook is it posiable ?

10.6 was issued on a DVD. If you cannot find your DVD, you can buy a new "Full Retail" 10.6.3 DVD from the Apple Online Store for about US$20, and they will ship it to you.
Then you can use Software Update to bring it up to 10.6.8, and the Mac App Store will become available.
