Q: iOS: Restore errors 4005, 4013, and 4014

How did you try to restore?

Try all options described here:  iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

If necessary, back up your device try to restore as a new device to factory settings:

It may not suffice to try to restore your device to factory settings, you may need to troubleshoot iTunes first.
