MacBook Pro, 5.1 audio issue!

Hello Apple community!

At first, I searched many threads here and on other forums, also youtube and haven't found answer to my problem. I am trying to set my 5.1 speakers via external sound card.

I have found nice topic here by Vegas, who shows how to do so. However, I am stuck somewhere and need help!

Genius SW-HF 5.1 5200

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro (USB)

1. I have connected speakers to sound card (it is done correctly, tested on other windows computer), and connected the card with the PC via USB cable.

2. Then I have opened MIDI audio settings, chose my card (output), set it to 6 channels 16 bit, external audio interface.

3. I clicked on configure speakers and set it from stereo to multichannel -> 5.1.

4. When I have the option to test speakers, every of them works correctly. Noise comes from all of them and from the right ones.

5. I set my soundcard output as default sound and notifications output. But, volume pads seems to be locked. I watched some tutorials and guys had it unlocked..

6. Now my speaker works, sadly only 2 of them - front left and right. Rears, center and sub is silent.

Please any suggestions what I might did wrong? Thank You!
