The folder "iTunes" is on a locked disk or you do not have write permission for this folder

Try holding down shift as you launch iTunes.

Keep holding until asked to choose or create a library.

Click Choose.

Browse to your library file which will normally be at C:\Users\<User>\Music\iTunes\iTunes Library.itl

I did, but still continuous the problem, itunes doesn't work.😟
