I'm trying to buy an album on iTunes but every time I try to it says "Item is currently being modified. Please try again later" It's been doing this for the past month. Any suggestions?

It may help to force close the iTunes app, then restart your iPod Touch.

When you get a message that the content is being modified, it means the publisher of the content is editing the content in the store, and is not available for download. I would try again in 1 week or so, as this time can vary since the publisher themselves are modifying the content.
It still isn't working. It's been roughly 2 months now overall, but thanks for the help.
