Hi i have three applications that I showing greyed out in launch pad and I am unable to delete them. I have re-stated the macbook air and i am still unable to delete the applications. Please can you assist

Try using Launchpad Manager 1.3.10.

Hi i have tried all these methods and the applications are still not deleted.
Hi I have tried the free version and it does not help. as it does not show the applications that I need to delete, and now it does not show anything.

Where the circle-x appears on the greyed out applications, clicking on that symbol is supposed to remove the objects from LaunchPad.
Boot into Safe Boot mode. After you enter your password, and before you press the adjacent arrow to login, press and hold the shift key until your are logged in and your Desktop appears. Reboot normally.
If the first two approaches do not work, this article on cleaning up Dock databases may solve the ghost issues.
