Cloud icon next to songs in Library?

I have 2 different iTunes libraries (1 on computer and 1 on external drive). A bunch of my albums on my computer iTunes library have a cloud icon on all songs and also albums. Some were purchased from iTunes and some were imported from CD's. Most everything on the external iTunes library is imported from CD's. How do I tell iTunes where these songs are to get rid of the cloud icons? Right now, I have the iTunes library on my computer selected in the preferences advanced settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
