Second of all, what do you mean by disabled? Is the passcode disabled and you can't get into your iPhone 5C?

Hi can you help, my iPhone 5c is disabled so via us on laptop try to do complete reset. All seems fine, I get the logo to iPhone but then on laptop it says answer question on iPhone to continue,but I can't as 1, there's no message 2, still disabled
I've done full reset twice pls help
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
