I need the app for the Sound ID 510 bluetooth; however, I cannot find it - any ideas

Same here. I had put it away and forgot about it. I just dug it out and charged it up. Fortunately while I may delete an app from my phone I never delete them on the computer. I reinstalled it and it works great on my 6S.

This device is almost 5 years old. That app is no longer available.

I found my Sound ID 510 bluetooth in my car the other day. I had not attempted to use it my my 5s, so I tried to pair it. My phone recognized it, but would not pair. I found the solution in post from Oct 2011:

Problem solves with a soft RESET of the SoundID unit.

Here is the way to reset the unit:

To RESET your headset: If you experience problems during pairing, you can perform a soft reset on your headset. Place the headset into pairing mode and wait for it to flash red and green. Then tap the Main Button twice. The status light will turn ORANGE. Turn the headset OFF and then ON and it will go into pairing mode. You must then re-pair the headset to your phone.

TThanks for the info. I found my earpiece in a drawer recently, and your post made it at least somewhat usable again.

You are awesome! I upgraded to IPhone 6 and thought my Bluetooth was done. Your instructions work - don't need the app.

Thanks for this! These darn devices are so expensive and I wanted and extra one to leave in the car. Dug this out, still had the box and manual! But the webpage doesnt exist anymore! BUT they still sell them on ebay and amazon!

I still have a copy of the app on my computer and installed it on my iPhone 6.

IF the app is no longear available how do I make adjustments to iT?

Even if the device is 5 years old, it works great. Why can't the app be available as well?

i'd like to download the app onto another phone. Even though I downloaded the Sound ID 5 app (Ear Print) before, I can't find it in my purchased apps list. Is there any way to get the app back.

How did you get your sound ID to work. We got it paired after a rest and did find an app but it won't open.
