Apple IDs when iCloud ID registration of all that old, so I can not reactivate my phone.

So I would send this apple unlock my apple mail account. I am using the machine ip thời 5

You shouldn't be posting your serial and emei numbers as it's nothing we can use.

If I'm understanding you correctly it appears what you've encountered is Activation Lock which should have been removed by the previous owner. You'll have to contact them to remove it.

Sorry to say but if you can't contact the previous owner you have a paper weight. Only the owner who locked it can unlock it.

Now, the previous owner does not remember the email address used to register Apple ID, so hope you can provide the email that the previous owner had used to sign up for iCloud id to the previous owner that the forgot password iCloud.
