i can go to itunes and dowload apps but when i try to make an in-app purchase i get these two notifications
"your purchase could not be completed" (with the link to itunes support underneath), and the second one says "purchase failed cannot connect to itunes store"
i recently updates to the 7 something, its an iphone 4
i checked restrictions, my card info, the host thing, i downloaded the newest itunes, i signed out of my id and reset then log back in
