iTunesYou've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again ? If you still don't receive it then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps on this page to view/check your rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620
